ECS™ is an electronic contracting tool that not only saves you time during the initial contracting process, but also allows you to easily manage your carrier appointments.

What can you expect when you complete your carrier contracts electronically?

When you create an account with ECS™, you’ll receive a user name and password that allows you to access the electronic contracting system as many times as you need, whenever, wherever.

After creating your account, you’ll answer one set of general questions that applies to all carrier contracts and a smaller set of questions pertinent to the carrier appointments you have requested. If you need to take a break at anytime during the contracting process, don’t worry. Your information will be saved. When you return, you’ll pick up where you left off.

Once you’ve answered the necessary questions, you’ll be asked to return a signature page so that your digital signature may be affixed to your appointment paperwork. You’ll also receive the information to send in one copy of your Errors & Omissions and your current license(s).

All information submitted to ECS™ will be kept on file so you can easily request additional carrier and non-resident appointments in the future.
