If you decide today to get contracted with 4 carriers, you will answer a short list of specific questions for those carriers - along with your general information.

Only one copy of your license and E&O will be needed and kept within the eForms system, as well as your electronic signature. No more signing multiple forms!

If several months from now you decide to contract with another carrier the process requires only the specific questions for that carrier.

The same applies to becoming a nonresident agent in another state. The process only requires you to go in and put that information into eForms.

If you are with a wholesaler, they retain their electronic signatures on file; therefore obtaining their signature on new contracting is not required.

At any time you can go into the system and see which carriers you have contracted with, maintain your personal information and request additional carriers.
